We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
For made-to-order or handcrafted pieces, delivery may take a little longer — we will let you know in advance if that’s the case.

Yes, very often. We work closely with our selected designers and ateliers, which allows us to accommodate special requests in many cases – such as specific colors or fabrics for headpieces or custom veil lengths, usually for an additional fee.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging.
